Our Mission: Promotion of health and wellness in the Bitterroot Valley with family oriented, outdoor events. Net proceeds from these events help support local youth and/or outdoor related nonprofit organizations in our community.
Sponsorship Levels
These are general guidelines. We gratefully accept contributions of any level and will work with your organization to provide adequate recognition and promotional consideration for your contributions.
Platinum Sponsor Level $1,000- Exclusive
- Same as Gold but with industry exclusive promotion. First come first awarded. Pre-existing sponsors in other levels will not be dropped.
Gold Sponsor Level $700.00-$999.00 (cash sponsor)
- Logo on race shirt, website, most printed materials where possible.
- Sponsor can hang banners at the venue (provided and displayed by the sponsor).
- Sponsors mentioned during the event and at awards ceremony.
- Opportunity to provide promotional materials and giveaways in athlete race packet.
Silver Sponsor Level $500-$699.00 (cash sponsor)
- Name listed on shirt, logo on website, name on most printed materials where possible.
- Sponsor can hang banners at the venue (provided and displayed by the sponsor).
- Sponsors mentioned during the event and at awards ceremony.

Bronze Sponsor Level $250.00-$499.00 (cash or materials)
